Keith Walsh produces original hand drawn art about American social-political history and culture. Research is an extensive part of his practice.
Walsh received a Cultural Trailblazer Award by the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs 2021-22.
Recently exhibitions include: Creative Resilience Los Angeles, LA Tate Los Angeles, RDFA Los Angeles, The Dallas Biennial 2020, The Kleefeld Contemporary Art Museum Long Beach, Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery, SoLA Contemporary, and Long Beach City College.
His work has been featured or reviewed in Artforum, Art and Cake, Artillery, Artsy, Artweek LA, Dallas Morning News, Hyperallergic, LA Weekly, The Locust Review, The Los Angeles Times, Visual Art Source, VoyageLA, and others.
